Plan in Advance for Winter Fuel
Whenever there is an intense snowstorm on the horizon, requests for fuel deliveries tend to jump significantly. Since these are some of the most busy times of fuel providers, there is always the possibility of a delay in the normal delivery schedule. Do not get stuck worrying that your fleet might not have any fuel. Keep a very close eye on your fuel levels, and request a delivery BEFORE your tanks reach the ¼ level. If your tank is getting close to this level and bad weather is coming, schedule a delivery around three days in advance.
Prepare Your Driveway
Once the winter snow starts to fall, there is no stopping it. Prepare in advance by staking the edges of your driveway with a brightly-colored marker or reflecting markers.
